Job Summary

Amerise Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone confident in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping drive company growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outreach, follow-up, account development, and working closely with customers to understand their needs. We are looking for someone energetic, professional, and eager to grow with the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned markets or territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and close business
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and present company solutions
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and sales activity
  • Prepare quotes, support account discussions, and assist with customer onboarding
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer support
  • Track sales activity, client updates, and follow-ups in the company system
  • Attend industry events, meetings, or networking opportunities when needed
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required, depending on experience
  • 1–3 years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and building professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads or accounts
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or sales tools
  • Willingness to travel locally if needed
